So, how do I let it go?

  1. Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, first filling your lower lungs, then your upper lungs.
  2. Hold your breath to the count of “three.”
  3. Exhale slowly through pursed lips, while you relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders, and stomach.

Try this out. Notice how much calmer you will feel.

Breathing is probably one of the most underrated processes that our body does. It literally is keeping your heart breathing. If you can learn to control your breathing, you can keep yourself calmer in the situations that will arise in your life

Controlling your breath reduces your stress. They also noted how stress can lead to many health problems. They discuss how in our culture it is unnatural to expand and contract your stomach due to body image issues in our society and individuals often hold in their stomach muscles. This interferes with deep breathing and increases tension and anxiety, so please don’t be afraid to take a deep breath and let your stresses melt away.

To understand how to completely manage your stress and anxiety, you must learn to understand it.

To achieve success, you already know exactly what you have to do. You are strong, and you are ready for every day of your life. Having a life full of worry and constantly being stressed out can make it difficult to see through your problems. But never forget that you are able to find the best solution. It is inside of you, you trust yourself, and your inner wisdom is your best guide.

The Harvard physiologist by the name of Walter Cannon once termed the “fight-or-flight” response.

Understand yourself.

When you’re put into stressful situations, your body has natural processes to react to it. For instance, if you are about to be in a car crash, you are rushed with the adrenaline and cortisol. These have different functions and are there to help you in these situations.

Adrenaline gives you the energy and speeds up your heart rate to enable you to act in a critical moment of life or death, or even make a critical decision.

Cortisol is your primary stress hormone, and it increases many sugars in your body to alert your immune system or enhance your brain’s use of glucose to help repair tissue. This also affects the reproductive system and can suppress your digestive system. More importantly, it affects:

  1. Mood
  2. Motivation
  3. Fear

You don’t want to have an unbalance in this system. Balance is the key in life. All of your dreams are coming true, your perception can change your reality. Instead of being stressed out about the tasks you have to do, begin and work on it gradually within a short period of time as focused as you can.

This is why it is important to have many methods to cope with stress in healthy, efficient ways. This is where I will teach you, and myself to just learn with the limitless mindset.

Live with positive energy.

“Remember, happiness doesn’t depend on who you are or what you have. It depends solely upon what you think.”
– Dale Carnegie.

Your life is getting better, every day. You may not realize it, but just by reading these words they will unconsciously remind you that whoever you are, you are radiant. You radiate positive thoughts, and you are able to find peace. You must learn to control every inner demon that may be battling your mind by learning to live with positivity. You’re not alone, because at one point you may realize that everyone is interconnected.

  • Smile and laugh. Laughing releases negativity. So don’t forget to laugh. In the book, How to Win Friends and Influence people it is duly noted that smiling can affect how you feel. Negative energy will hinder your growth, find time to just enjoy the moment you are in and laugh. Laughing is good for the heart due to reduced stress hormones.
  • Meditate.  Meditating is an essential habit to pick up in life. Meditating, and learning on how to sift through all of your thoughts and understanding them is essential if you want to become a more positive well-grounded person.  It has been shown to actually change the growth of your brain. Great abundance in life awaits. If you let it. Inside of you is so much hidden potential that has been closed off for the majority of our lives. At one point, it will be too late to make a change. Dosages depend on your weight, and it is one of the best to reduce anxiety, especially in social situations. It almost feels like alcohol because it takes the edge off and helps you relax. It has been shown to have many risks and must be taken with extreme caution. For instance, you shouldn’t drink alcohol while on phenibut. This is due to because you will get drunk quicker, it cuts your alcohol tolerance to about half so you can easily get drunk and hangovers will last longer. They have very similar effects, and phenibut can even be used to replace alcohol instead for a healthier feeling of well-being if used properly.

This is a nootropic that you absolutely must cycle, and know about how withdrawal can affect you if you do not properly cycle this. To cycle phenibut you must take it only 2 days a week at the max and you must take the right dosage.

The right dosage for Phenibut at the minimum is about 250mg -350 mg taken 2-3 times on that day. This dosage is great for increased socializing and reducing anxiety and boosting mood.  For a higher dosage, 500mg-750mg can be taken twice a day as well for heavier sedative effects for better sleep.
