Tonight I will explain how to incorporate these methods to benefit your life, to help you get that edge you need to achieve your goals and break through the limits that stop you from being the best version of yourself.

 

What exactly does Sleep Deprivation do to you?

  • Memory issues
  • Mood shifts easily
  • Impaired brain functioning

Doesn’t sound too good right? Especially if you’re going to be a productive individual pursuing all your goals and tasks that you have to do. In our modern society, people are extremely stressed out because of the high demand we have in our jobs and lives.

However, through the use of nootropics you are able to alleviate several of these symptoms you experience while sleep deprived and still function normally in a pinch while under a work-load that you must absolutely have accomplished.

  • Increased blood pressure

Wait, hold up. This sounds like it doesn’t help much if there’s so many downsides.

You’re right, that’s why you have to use nootropics correctly. You must learn to properly cycle all of your nootropics, so you don’t overuse them to the point where you don’t get any adverse effects and get the full benefits. Caffeine is great when you pair it with L-theanine. This combination will result in a clear, but focused feeling while not being as anxious as you would without the L-theanine.

This is a great supplement to have in general. I have it in my arsenal because it goes great with anything, and it will alleviate many of the anxiousness you will encounter with many of the stresses or the stimulants you will have. I will attempt to explain nootropics as general as I can. This is part of my study stack when I need to reduce anxiety and have a better mood. It also aids in memory and it has synergistic effects when paired with caffeine. This is one of the beginners nootropics stacks.  These are  assortments of different supplements to aid you in maximizing your performance in your everyday life.

  • Improved relaxation without sedation
  • Reduced jitteriness
  • Increased attention and focus
  • Will help improve your sleep quality

Downsides? Barely. Just if you take it in the traditional method (Green tea), there is low oral bioavailability, or you won’t get much of it. I would recommending buying capsules on Powdercity, a reputable nootropics vendor that is what I personally use. Also, it doesn’t do much on its own.

This combination of supplements, or a stack is what I will be referring to later on. This is a great starter stack, and it will definitely help start your day if you are running on low sleep. This is pretty much what it means to be limitless right here. Modafinil is key to being able to work hard, focus hard, and not stop doing what you need to be doing even while on four hours of sleep.

However, this is difficult to get and there may be legal issues with where you live but it is possible to get a prescription for it. It knocks caffeine out of the water, and they even synergize you to be able to become almost super-sayian in your day! However, that combination will result in anxiousness, so best to combine that with L-theanine. So drink some green tea while taking it to be calm, focused, awake, but feeling pretty good.

Your study habits; your paradigm, motivation, and your drive. It is best to strive for that limitless mindset Work on improving your habits to better your life steadily every day. However, it will make you much more efficient at what you’re doing.

  • Incredible focus, almost tunnel-like. Paying attention to a lecture or a book or even a conversation will be not a mere issue
  • Be able to function while sleep deprived!
  • Clearer mind, awake and active for up to 6-8 hours. Half-life is much longer than caffeine, and you won’t crash like with caffeine.
  • Still make sure to get sleep, and cycle this every other day and use the right amount. Half a pill is enough for many, never exceed 2 pills. It will give you the energy to function beyond yourself.

 

One pill won’t give you the ability to create the new cutting edge idea, but it can benefit your life in many ways.

Pulling all-nighters won’t mentally exhaust you.

You become more efficient, and if your routine is ideal you will have almost metahuman strength push your limits.   If everyone was on this, I would imagine a society that would be incredibly efficient to the point where they can all make a difference in this world we live in.

Unfortunately, you cannot buy this on the street as easily as other drugs. This is prescription medicine known as Provigil, however, there happens to be a generic version that can be sold legally online in other countries.There is a risk of course, and it may be just worth taking if you plan on improving your life seriously.  Please be careful for I am not allowed to tell you how to get it, I am just providing information on it.

This is from the limitless series on Netflix. This is pretty much what nootropics could do in your life in the near future.

However, if you do research on its safety. It’s not bad, in fact, it’s good. This allows people to function beyond their limits if constantly being built-in the body. However, it may not be right for you if you do not want to be awake for the majority of your day. It is best to be used when you use it in a cycle. Then you can cycle your use, and track it. However, a way to cycle the nootropics in an accessible method is difficult to find. Perhaps someone will create an amazing app that will reap in a plethora of wealth.

 

How much does one take?

It’s different for everyone, but start small and try half a pill. This will keep your tolerance low if you’re not planning on using it often.

However, for a stronger more noticeable effect 200 mg pills are enough to make you last the majority of your day. I did an evening shift from 5-10, and then an overnight shift from 11:30 P.M to 8:30 A.M.I took that pill at 7:00 A.M.  If I really tried, I bet I could work grave shift using this, however, I am not going to strain myself of that energy.

Anything beyond that is not advised, but it is moderately safe. Doses above 800 are not recommended. I wouldn’t take too much of it.

 

I’ve tried it, but it didn’t have much effect on me.

You may need to adjust your dosage to correlate with your effectiveness.This is common often among individuals who may have difficulty in building their foundation. Your paradigm; or your multitude of habits may affect how efficient as a person you can be. If the majority of your day is consisted of mindless work and not consistent with the limitless mind, then change your paradigm to involve more productive habits that are better for you. A simple change could be just reading more often and learning to meditate.

I highly recommend this app called Headspace. It will teach you to have even more control of your mind through mindful meditation.

It must have side effects.

According to FDA yes there are side effects.However, it is not always possible to reliably estimate their frequency or establish a causal relationship to drug exposure.

Serious warning if you have Serious Rash, including Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. Do not take it.

Common ones are:

  •  Headaches, so make sure to stay hydrated . This is key to having clear mind as well and it is important to be as hydrated as you can be while on modafinil.
  • Loss of appetite. It will make you want to eat less, so make sure to get as many nutrients as you can get and take vitamins and other essential supplements for your general health.
    • Fish oil is great for you and has a ton of benefits. It can help your heart health and provide support for your joints and bones along with many others.
  • And more serious ones rarely occur so have caution if deciding to take this drug.
    • Fever
    • Nausea
    • Sore throat
    • Anxiety (Combat with L-Theanine or Eleurthero root)

 

What else can help me beat sleep deprivation that is easier to get?
